By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between you and KORRA PILATES Ltd (Company Registration No. [Insert Number]), trading as KORRA PILATES, and govern your use of our website and services. Our services include the sale of Pilates and fitness equipment and related accessories to consumers.

Orders & Payments 

All online orders are processed through a secure server. 

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. 

Payment is debited immediately upon placing an order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. 

Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. 

Orders paid by bank transfer must include the customer’s full name and order number as reference. Payment must be received within 3 business days, otherwise the order may be cancelled. 

KORRA PILATES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse. 

Confidentiality & Data Protection 

Your personal details are treated with the strictest confidentiality. 

Information is used only for: 

• Processing your order 

• Customer support and account administration 

• Marketing communications (where consent has been given) 

We do not share your details with third parties except where necessary to complete your order (e.g., couriers, payment processors). 

Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Acts.

Product Information & Availability 

All products are subject to availability. 

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, they do not form part of a contractual agreement. 

Prices are quoted in Euro (€), include VAT where applicable, and may change without prior notice. 

Sale prices are valid while stocks last. 

Delivery 

Delivery charges are applied as shown during checkout. 

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. KORRA PILATES cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. 

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. 

Order Cancellations & Returns 

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. If it has already shipped, you must follow our returns procedure. 

In line with EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of goods to cancel your order (“cooling-off period”). 

Returned products must be: 

• Unused 

• In original packaging 

• In resaleable condition 

Refunds exclude delivery costs unless goods are faulty or incorrect. 
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase. 

Bespoke, customised, or personalised items are excluded from the right of cancellation once production has begun. 

If products are faulty, not as described, or damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with Irish consumer law. 

Fraud Prevention 

Fraudulent orders are taken very seriously. Suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to the Gardaí and relevant authorities. 

We may request additional verification of payment details by phone or email before dispatching an order. 

Acceptable Use of Website 

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not: 

• Post or transmit illegal, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content 

• Introduce viruses, malware, or disruptive software 

• Breach copyright, trademark, privacy, or third-party rights 

• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications 

Any misuse of the site may result in access being suspended or terminated.

All content on this website (logos, graphics, images, text, software) is owned by or licensed to KORRA PILATES.

No contract exists until KORRA PILATES confirms dispatch of your order by email. 

Once dispatched, the contract is binding and enforceable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: 

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence 

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation 

• Any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law 

Subject to the above, KORRA PILATES shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. 

Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify KORRA PILATES, its employees, agents, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the website or breach of these Terms & Conditions. 

Mobile Messaging (If Used) 

By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive order updates and marketing messages from KORRA PILATES. 

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. 

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. 

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. 

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Irish courts.

Acknowledgement 

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. 

Investigation & Response 

We will investigate your complaint promptly and fairly. 
A substantive response will be issued within 10 working days of acknowledgement. 
Where it is not possible to provide a final response within that timeframe, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and indicate when you can expect a resolution. 

Consumer Rights 

This complaints procedure does not affect your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
